What is Happiness?
Through everything I have learnt, and trust me, it is a lot; I boldly believe that Happiness is a Choice.
Happiness is also something you work for – every single day!
My Journey started with the quest to find Happiness. I discovered that many things would give me Happiness, but it did not last long, for example, going to some special place or holiday, buying something new, receiving a gift etc.
Setting an intention and goals in all areas of life took me on this extraordinary growth and transformation journey. Let me share this with you:
The first step, of course, is to deal with all your unprocessed trauma, negative emotions, and limiting beliefs about yourself, life and others. This will give you more peace, contentment, love and confidence.
The second step is to find your top eight values in life, the things that are most important to you.
The essential key element here is living in alignment with your values.
How do you do that?
Start your day with a clear intention and take action on your goals. If health, for example, is a Value to you, you will therefore start your day with a healthy breakfast and exercise. You will love to drink more water and look after yourself. You will feel good about yourself by aligning your day with the Value of Health.
Setting a clear intention to inspire yourself daily will motivate you to do more things that make you feel happy and content.
The third step is to wake up with a clear intention – a decision, a choice; to feel Happy. I wake up and say – I choose to be Happy now!
I set my alarm at five o clock, wake up, do my morning meditation and healing session, often go for a run outside, seeing and appreciating the beauty of nature, hearing the birds singing and feeling the sense of gratitude and joy for being alive another day and being here right now. I ground myself in the Now and visualise myself being the happiest and healthiest being alive.
Getting home, I get myself ready for the day while listening to Audio Books that empower, motivate and educate me.
Getting in front of my desk, I start out with the imperative tasks I set out the night before, and you know what – I feel happy!
I choose to feel Happy! No matter what! If something “negative” happens outside of me I ask “What’s good about it?” .
I am coaching one of my clients who does not like her job, her relationship is stale, and she is overwhelmed by every day chores and family obligations. Yes, I cannot change the situation, but I am helping her to change the “Story she is telling herself about her work and relationship!”
I am helping her put all her energy, focus and intention into the things that make her happy! The Life Transformation Coaching System allows her to heal, uplift and empower herself step by step!
She is still in the same situation but is starting to feel different about her job and family life. There is more peace in her house. She is beginning to feel happy!
I fondly believe that Happiness is a choice but also hard work. I am persistent and determined! I choose to do certain things every single day to feel happy.
You are not just living – you are on a journey!

- Letting go of all your limiting, negative and sabotaging beliefs about yourself, life, happiness, finances, career and relationships.
- This is a journey to start living in alignment with your values, and this is a journey to do whatever it takes to BE HAPPY!
