How to manifest correctly by applying the Law of Resonance

So, if you’re ready to put the Law of Resonance into action, here’s how you can do it. We conclude this mini-series with 5 tips on how to actually apply the Law of Resonance:

1. Tap into surrendered manifestation

Manifestation is about taking your intention and allowing it to be embodied and anchored through you. And when you surrender the process of manifesting, it means that you don’t think about every detail of how to make it happen. You let go of your intention in the Universe, deeply trust that you’ll meet the right people and opportunities that will bring life to your wishes. It’s essential to say “yes” to the experiences that result from taking aligned action.

Tip: Make a list of how you have attempted to control manifestation in the past—what was blocking you back then? Once you do that, then you can focus on the seeds you want to see blooming in the future.

When you’re planting a flower, you don’t take out the seeds every day or week to see how it’s growing. It wouldn’t even grow anymore, right? You just plant the seed once, then trust that it’s going to bloom because you’re taking action every day to take care of it. The same goes for your intentions.

2. Set your manifestation alarm

The energetic alignment comes first when talking about the Law of Resonance. So it’s important to learn to cultivate the frequency of having your manifestation now from the inside out. And one powerful practice to help you embody the profound resonance of joy and abundance is setting a manifestation alarm.

Tip: Set a nice, peaceful ringtone as many times as possible during the day. And when it goes off, just stop what you are doing. Ask yourself:

• What would it feel like if my manifestation had come to life?
• What would it feel like if I already had what I wanted to manifest?

Then just feel the feeling and tell your system to multiply it. You can let it rush through your cells and notice how incredible it feels. Get really good at dropping into that energetic state, and as time goes by and your manifestation alarm goes off, you’ll notice, ‘Oh, hang on, I’m already in that feeling.’” Even if you do this for weeks and don’t feel anything, just believe that your energy is shifting on a very subtle level. The more you practice, the more obvious it will be.

3. Embody the infinite nature of the universe

Because everything around us changes and evolves, if we stay stagnant, it’s like we’re going backward. Or in other words: “You grow or you ‘die’” and many people are already ‘dead’ in their thirties as they let their dreams die and confirm to be doing what everyone else does around them. “The universe is always expanding to reveal its infinite nature, so it’s always progressing as an out-picturing of the fundamental order, the infinite nature of divine mind,” says Michael B. in the Quest. So, what are you going to do with this infinite expansion of the world?

4. Step out of the victim consciousness

The victim consciousness is the belief that “something is done to me by something outside of myself”. It’s like giving all your power away to external circumstances.

Victims live in the lie of separation. They lie that you are being pulled far away from everything you’ve ever wanted.

Tip: Reflect on situations in your life where you felt like a victim. Let them come up without running any judgment toward those versions of yourself.

Just notice if you can look at your main story and complaints. What were you telling yourself about those situations? In what ways were you arguing for your limitations?

And when you let the answers surface, just accept them, focus on the (unpleasant) sensation in the body and let it pass. In this way you transcend these emotions by also making space for any blame or shame that may come up. It’s natural to feel these emotions, so don’t beat yourself up for having them. Just watch them. They are not you, because you can watch them. This awareness may have profound healing effects on your mind, body, and soul.

5. Ask lofty questions and change your affirmations

Have you ever tried repeating abundance affirmations, but nothing seems to change in your life? It can be frustrating, right? Well, the truth is that affirmations might not work if your mind is not fully convinced of what you’re trying to believe.

And how can you? Imagine a situation when you’re feeling low energy, frustrated, and angry. If someone came up to you and said, “You’re living in abundance,” you might even get more outraged.

This is why a more effective solution to affirmations is asking yourself lofty questions or add a “more and more “ into your affirmations. These are all the questions starting with “why.”

Tip: Ask yourself questions like:
• Why do I have all the energy and focus I need to succeed in all I desire?
• Why do I radiate confidence in all situations, and inspire people through my presence?
• Why is my life always evolving to its best version?

Change your affirmation from: “I am attracting health, wealth and love” to: “Every day in every way I am attracting more and more health, wealth and love”. This strengthens your belief and kills the doubts more easily.

You’ll see that your brain responds differently to a request/affirmation like this. As your mind loves to find solutions to your problems, it may perceive these questions as challenges to be resolved. So, it can bring you the exact answers on how to manifest your unlimited potential.
