Imagine you had three types of “energy zones” every day:

• Yellow Time: Your average energy hours (you’re okay, but not brilliant).
• Red Time: Your low-energy hours (you’re dragging, craving distractions).

Here’s the key: You must match the right task to the right energy zone.

✅ Green Time = Mission Critical Tasks

This is where your best energy lives. Use it for:
• Creative work, Important decision-making
• Planning, Problem solving
• Selling, Calls

Protect your Green Time like gold!
Block it out. Phone off. Say no to distractions. No meetings. No small talk.

🌟 Yellow Time = Admin, Meetings, Light Lifting

This is your “good but not great” time. Use it for:
• Routine emails, Internal meetings
• Scheduling appointments, Routine Work
• Reviewing tasks. Just maintain momentum.

🔴 Red Time = Recharge & Recovery

This is when your body and mind are crying for a break. Use it for:
• Going for a walk, Nature
• Eating real food, Exercise
• Listening to inspiring podcasts, Music
